By downloading, installing, or using the Free Connect application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, install, or use the App.

2. Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

3. Using Our App

3.1 License Grant. Subject to these Terms, Free Connect App Inc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

3.2 Restrictions. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the App
• Transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, rent, or otherwise distribute the App to any third party
• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the App for any revenue-generating endeavor, commercial enterprise, or other purpose for which it is not designed or intended

4. User Content

Our App may allow you to transfer and store content. You retain all rights to your content. By using our App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or enable access to third-party services. Any use of third-party services is subject to their terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any third-party services or their content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, FREE CONNECT APP INC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL FREE CONNECT APP INC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Free Connect App Inc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the App will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the App, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Free Connect App Inc regarding the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
